When is it mandatory to audit the annual accounts?
- If for two consecutive consecutive years you meet at least two of the following points:
- That the total of the asset items exceeds two million eight hundred and fifty thousand euros.
- The net amount of its annual turnover exceeds five million seven hundred thousand euros.
- That the average number of employees employees during the fiscal year is greater than fifty.

The audit obligation will be for the annual accounts of that year and those of the following year.
Limited Review
and agreed procedures
