Audit of accounts

Professional opinion on the true and fair view of the annual accounts and financial statements, both in private and non-profit companies (foundations, associations, NGO’s).

When is it mandatory to audit the annual accounts?

  1. If for two consecutive consecutive years you meet at least two of the following points:
    • That the total of the asset items exceeds two million eight hundred and fifty thousand euros.
    • The net amount of its annual turnover exceeds five million seven hundred thousand euros.
    • That the average number of employees employees during the fiscal year is greater than fifty.

Limited Review
